Free Movement Consultation

Service Description

This is a free, 20-minute movement consultation. Options: Online video call, in-person meeting at the studio, or a phone call. The purpose of this movement consultation is to answer your questions, so you can determine if exploring the Feldenkrais Method® of somatic education is a good fit for you.
